Series following the scientist Professor Siwan Davies as she goes on a personal journey to see the effects of climate change on different aspects of the planet.

The series takes her to Greenland where the ice is melting, changing the lifestyle of the people there, as well as creating serious difficulties for other communities on the planet as sea levels rise.
