Since October 2012, Telesgop has been producing a new radio programme for Radio Cymru – the presenter is Iola Wyn. It is broadcast daily from Monday – Friday between 10:30am – 12:30pm. A mixture of interesting chats, a variety of music and a daily puzzle.
This programme explores Islam Behind the Headlines to find out how the biggest modern-day terror threat came to be associated with Islam, what the social repercussions are, and what’s being done to combat it in Wales.

On the 6th of February at 2pm, a documentary programme will be broadcast on Radio Cymru remembering the bombing of Tryweryn, near Bala, 50 years ago.

As the Queen celebrates her Diamond Jubilee, this documentary for BBC Radio Wales looks back at 60 years of Welsh history by meeting people whose lives have been touched in some way by the Queen – for better or worse. It is presented by Simon Weston OBE, the Falkland’s War veteran. The programme is being broadcast at 1830 on Monday 4th June and again at 0532 on Friday 8th June.
