These films showcase the work of some of the great names in British cinema and their contribution to the war effort. They are also a unique record of how film-makers helped to boost morale and brought entertainment and vital information to the British public on the Home Front. The actor, Jim Carter, presents this series that was produced for Discovery Networks Europe.
